From our community colleges and universities to our medical centers and 24/7 care facilities, Washingtonians expect and deserve world-class public services.
But at a moment when Washingtonians need support more than ever, the governor’s office is setting the tone and proposing the same disproven cut-first approach that so damaged our communities 20 years ago.
BRING ONE ALONG
Sign up a coworker to join our union—or join yourself if you haven’t joined yet!
STICKER / BUTTON UP!
Wear a WFSE button or sticker to work! If you don’t have one ask a steward at your workplace, contact your local, or come to a union event near you.
Our power isn’t at the negotiating table.
You elected your coworkers to negotiate our contract, but what they're able to achieve in improving our pay, time off, and our rights on the job depends on the rest of us.
Our power lies with union members like you and with the communities and students who depend on us being able to show up and do our work.
Stay up to date with the messages from your bargaining team on this page. Get involved. Get your coworkers and local community involved.
Show up and get loud.
