WFSE negotiates healthcare and retirement benefits with a coalition of unions, not independently. We also advocate for good health insurance and retirement with members who sit on the PEBB Benefits Board and Washington State Investment Board.
Depending on your contract, the window to submit contract proposals for the current round of bargaining may have closed. Please contact your council rep or the MCC to confirm whether your proposal will be considered for this upcoming contract, or whether it will be considered for the next contract.
