Use this form to report incidents of outsourcing.
Have you heard about plans to outsource all or part of your work?
- FACT: Under all our contracts, management is REQUIRED TO BARGAIN THE DECISION to outsource your work.
Have you seen contractors doing work you or your co-workers usually do?
- FACT: The competitive contracting law REQUIRES management to give employees AT LEAST 90 days advance notice of deciding to contract so we can present alternatives or bid.
WE NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU
You are your co-workers’ eyes and ears to catch outsourcing as it happens. When you see outsourcing, take photos and report it to us.

- WHEN was the work being done?
- WHERE exactly was the work being done?
- ANYTHING ELSE we should know (e.g. any building/remodel plans, e-mails, etc.)?
