Message from CCC Bargaining Team
Negotiations concluded September 16th for the 2025-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The AFSCME/WFSE Community College Coalition classified staff tentative agreement for the 2025-2027 contract achieves several major goals identified by the bargaining unit as priority items:
- The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) achieves a 3% and 2% increase over the biennium – See Article 43 and Article 5;
- Two hundred twenty-five dollars for Safety Footwear - See Article 21;
- 3 Personal Leave Days per year for the term of the contract, and removed the four-month continuous employment requirement for new employees – Miscellaneous Paid Leave - See Article 18;
- Plus, there were notable improvements to other non-economic articles.
- The contract maintains the current 85/15 health insurance premium rate. You will continue to pay 15 percent of your health insurance premiums. Increase in the FSA to $300, and now it is provided for for those making $68,004/year or less. Stand-alone vision was also added.
Because of these achievements, and more, your Community College Coalition Bargaining Team recommends that you vote YES to ACCEPT this Agreement.
