WFSE Biennial Membership Survey Begins Oct 5

WFSE's 2025-27 Executive Board passed a resolution creating the first-ever biennial survey. 

Dues-paying members in good standing will receive the survey electronically on Oct 5. It will remain open for six weeks. 

WFSE is a member-led and member-run union. Our strength comes from members setting the direction of our work — from bargaining priorities to political action to workplace leadership — while staff support and strengthen those efforts.

The survey is intended to highlight union priorities, identify ways we can better support members, and ensure our resources align with what matters most to you.

This survey is one way members can collectively guide the future of our union. 

Results will be shared in summary form with leadership to guide future action. Stay tuned and check back here for details!
