This expedited process allowed us to achieve a limited scope contract for FY 20-21 and allows OFM to meet the 10/1 deadline for inclusion in the Governor’s 2020 Supplemental Budget.
This could not have been accomplished without all of the hard work and dedication of AWAAG in partnership with AFSCME Council 28/WFSE. We look forward to continuing to build upon the foundation we are creating in this newly reached agreement.

The two options on the ballot are as follows:
Yes - I accept the terms of the 2020-2021 Collective Bargaining Agreement effective July 1, 2020, as presented in the Tentative Agreement documents.
No - I reject the terms with the understanding such rejection results in no request for legislative funding of a contract covering the 2020-2021 fiscal year. Rather, we would wait and begin bargaining for terms that would not take effect until July 1, 2021.
