The EWU 2025-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) has been ratified!
Highlights include:
- A general wage increase of 3% in 2025, and 2% in 2026
- A two-dollar per hour increase to the minimum wage, from $18 to $20 per hour
- Increases to the allowance for safety toe footwear
- Increases to vacation accrual rates
- Clarified the inclusion of food service employees in the footwear allowance
- Added language making Article 46-Workplace Behavior subject to the grievance procedure
- Language strengthening our ability to track the contracting out of bargaining unit work
