I-976, OUR UNION RECOMMENDS VOTING NO

I-976 would:

• Eliminate $4 billion from fixing bridges, overpasses and tunnels that don't meet earthquake safety standards, while threatening our jobs.
• Cut transportation services for veterans, senior citizens and people with disabilities.
• Contribute to road congestion that will worsen our commute to work while moving our state backward on cutting carbon emissions.

I-1000 would:

• Improve opportunity for veterans and people of all abilities.
• Promote fairness for women and women-owned businesses.
• End Washington's unusual ban on outreach and recruitment.
