We're committed to fighting for raises. Call Bob!

Yesterday, your UW bargaining team went to the bargaining session prepared to leave absolutely nothing on the table.
Equity for us all

We're emphasizing equity for all in our fight for raises. But no matter how prepared we are, bargaining is moving at a glacial pace.
At this late date, management is still proposing takeaways as we fight for even the most commonsense measures that would give us tools to fight discrimination, make transportation more affordable, and help our members survive in the face of soaring inflation.
There's a persistent feeling that we can't get to the heart of the matter, because management is wasting time with these petty denials.
But we're not accepting their proposed takeaways. We're not giving up, and you shouldn't either.

Your impact
This Monday, UW members were joined by union siblings across the state during our walkout. Your voices and presence have a real impact. Management need to know that you are watching, engaged, and taking action. On Monday, you showed them that.

We're in the final critical phase of bargaining, and we need you to keep pushing. We're asking you to flood the governor's office with calls demanding a fair contract.
Call Bob!

If you want to help us fight for a good contract in these last days, please reach out to your bargaining team to be part of developing action plans with us. UW won't be afraid of the 16 of us sitting at the bargaining table. We need solidarity and numbers to succeed.

In solidarity,
