TESC SSSSU Bargaining Update #4

Your TESC SSSSU bargaining team met with management on June 4 for the third round of negotiations for our new contract, addressing issues important to our membership such as: parking; protections for crossing picket lines; shared leave for immigration-related absences; the use of AI in hiring and discipline; and our union's ability to reach membership at the workplace.

We continue to make progress with our proposals and will have our next bargaining session on June 11th. Please wear WFSE green or other Union gear that day. Always feel free to contact any of the team members or staff listed below to get connected with shirts, buttons, signs, etc. We are counting on your support!

We want to hear from more members about your priorities for the 2027-2029 contract. Please fill out the bargaining survey and share with your TESC SSSSU co-workers. And if they are not already members, encourage them to join! The more members we have, the stronger our position at the bargaining table.
