TESC SSSSU Bargaining update #1 03/25/26

Hello,

Your Student Support Services Staff Union Bargaining Team met on March 24 to review and draft proposals for our 2027-2029 contract.

You should expect a survey in your personal email inbox soon to see what you would like to add in our new Union contract.  We need to hear your ideas and concerns so we can represent your priorities in this coming round of negotiations. Your Union contract will determine your pay, working conditions, how much time off you have to spend with family and friends, and much more.

Our first negotiating day with management will be April 14.  Before that the Bargaining Team will have one more prep session to finalize proposals and ready our arguments.  Please keep an eye out for the upcoming survey in your email inbox because your input is critical.
