Tentative Agreement Reached! Find Voting Instructions Here
Negotiation of the 2025-2027 Tentative Agreement between the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) and the State of Washington covering TESC SSSSU has concluded!
- Even in the shadow of an incredibly challenging budget projection, our new contract secures a general wage increase of 3% on July 1, 2025, and 2% on July 1, 2026! This is very exciting considering the hurdles we faced.
- Our health care premium share remains at 85% / 15%. The FSA benefit increases to $300 and is available to those making $68,004.00 or less.
- Each employee in this bargaining unit will receive a $500 signing bonus on their July 25th paycheck.
- Also, there is an additional personal leave day, a new right to notifications regarding investigations, and further protections against discrimination.
We want to thank you all for your hard work and solidarity. Your strength makes all the difference! If you have questions, please visit a voting assistance center on campus May 29, contact a bargaining team member, or contact your WFSE staff.
