TESC UP Contract Ratification and Vote Instructions
Negotiation of the 2027-20229 Tentative Agreement between the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) and The Evergreen State College (TESC) Uniformed Personnel has concluded!
The tentative agreement (TA) for the 2027-2029 contract achieves several major goals identified as priorities by the membership:
- Despite challenging economics at Evergreen and within the State of Washington, the contract secures a general wage increase of 4.5 and 4.5, totaling 9% over the two-year term of the agreement.
- Additionally, we negotiated an Education Incentive, $500 per year for a bachelor’s degree and $1000 per year for advanced degrees.

Because of these achievements, your Evergreen Uniformed Bargaining Team recommends that you vote YES toACCEPT this Agreement!
