TCC Exempt Bargaining Update #4 September 8, 2025
Your TCC Exempt Bargaining Team met with management for the third time on September 3. While we were able to close several Articles, some of the most important ones, like compensation, remain open.
Your Bargaining Team is working hard to make sure that your wages, benefits and working conditions are being enhanced instead of eroded. Membership in your union is the first and most important step to supporting your bargaining team. It helps send a strong message to management about your interest in strengthening our CBA on issues like professional development, leadership transparency, and compensation. Our next meeting with management is September 17th and compensation will be front and center. Please wear WFSE green or contact a team member for a free WFSE t-shirt and wear it on that day! We look forward to sharing an update from that meeting and any progress we have been able to make.
