Your SPSCC Exempt Bargaining Team met with management for the second time on April 10th. While we were able to close several Articles, some of the most important ones, like compensation, remain to be bargained.

 

Your Bargaining Team is working hard to make sure that your wages, benefits and working conditions are being enhanced instead of eroded. Membership in your union is the first and most important step to supporting your bargaining team. On that note, we have great news. Membership among the group has doubled! This has sent a strong message to management about your interest in strengthening our CBA on issues like professional development, leadership, transparency, and compensation. Our next meeting with management is April 24th and compensation will be front and center. Look for a notification about an upcoming meeting to discuss more ways you can support your Bargaining Team.
