EWU Bargaining Update #1

During the last two bargaining sessions, your WFSE bargaining team came prepared! With our members in mind, we presented several strong non-economic proposals to discuss with management. Topics discussed included:

Schedule changes

Bereavement leave

Leave approval

Employee file management

Telework days

We are in the process of reviewing management’s proposals and working on counter offers. We are looking forward to presenting our economic proposals at a later date. Please take the time to fill out the survey, as this is your opportunity to let us know what your priorities are.

Our next bargaining sessions is June 25th. Be sure to wear WFSE green on those days to show support for your bargaining team!
