DOC Bargaining Update #1

On 7/8/2026, your DOC Bargaining Team met with the agency and OFM. This was the seventh of our ten scheduled bargaining meetings before mediation. OFM did an economics presentation and returned some articles back to the team. While some articles were agreed upon, there is a significant amount of work that will need to be completed before mediation in August. Our team continues to work to achieve contract gains around the issues brought to us by members through contract proposals.
