Final 2025-27 CCC Contract and Highlights

Here are some top highlights for your new contract:

• General Wage Increase of 3% for 2025 and 2% for 2026, as well as class specific increases
• Maintained the increased leave accruals during the first four years of employment
• Added an additional Personal Leave Day for a total of three per year, and removed the four month continuous employment requirement. Personal Leave days will be available from the start of employment.
• Increased the Biennial Safety Footwear allowance to $225
• Maintained the 85% employer contribution to Healthcare Benefit Amount and increased FSA amount to $300
