CWU Bargainin update #3

Your WFSE bargaining team met with Central Washington University for our fourth bargaining session, and we're pleased to report that it was another productive day at the table. During this session, we reached Tentative Agreements on two additional articles and began preliminary discussions around the economics of the contract as bargaining continues.

Our next bargaining session is August 25. In the meantime, one of the strongest ways CWU WFSE members can support our bargaining team is by showing up in solidarity. We encourage all CWU WFSE members to attend the CWU Walkout with Washington event on August 31. What happens at the statewide General Government bargaining table directly impacts the gains we can achieve for CWU members at our local bargaining table. Standing together and showing solidarity across our union strengthens our ability to win the fair contract our members deserve.

When we stand together, we send a powerful message that our members are engaged, united, and ready to fight for strong contracts at every level. We hope to see you there!
