Bargaining Update #2: Third Session with CWU

Your WFSE bargaining team met with Central Washington University for our third bargaining session, and we're pleased to report that it was another productive and collaborative day at the table. During this session, we reached Tentative Agreements on five articles, and the Union presented its compensation proposals as bargaining continues.

These early gains strengthen transparency and communication around decisions that impact our members and help ensure our voices are part of the conversation.

Our next bargaining session isAugust 10. One of the strongest ways you can support your bargaining team is by showing your solidarity. If you're on campus that day, please wear WFSE green. If you need Union gear, reach out to a bargaining team member for a button, sticker, sign, shirt, or other WFSE swag. A visible show of support sends a powerful message that our members are engaged, united, and standing behind our bargaining team as we continue working toward a fair contract.
