AWAAG bargaining update #4

We met with management today for another session of bargaining. We moved some non-economic proposals forward, and we presented our economic package.

The economic proposals we crafted were practical and, though our budget situation is far from positive, capture the priorities and needs we have consistently heard from our members. They also address issues that the agency shares, and we are going to need your help.

Your direct action has made a difference in past negotiations, and we will need you to take part once again in supporting your Union through these difficult times.

We will return to the table Wednesday morning to continue to push for a better contract.
