AWAAG bargaining update #3

We have just finished day 3 of bargaining, and management returned to the table with few counter proposals. As there were no significant gains made in these working conditions proposals, we will be offering counters as we continue to move forward. We are, however, disappointed in the lack of movement on OFM’s part. In an effort to better understand their concerns, we are pushing back for more information and detail on their justifications for declining a number of seemingly small asks with little to no fiscal impact. We are concerned that the level of resistance so early on regarding fairly small changes is not a positive indicator of things to come.
