Don Hall, a senior park aide and member of Statewide Parks Local 1466, is in his third term as Council 28 treasurer.
He has been a member of the WFSE/AFSCME Executive Board, Natural Resources Policy Committee, Conservative Caucus and has served as Local 1466 treasurer.
