WSU 2025-2027 Contract Ratified!

Despite incredibly challenging budget projections, the contract secures general wage increases of 3% in 2025 and 2% in 2026.
Night shift differential increased to $2.50/hr. or $435/month.
Preserved the ability of dining bargaining unit members to have flexible parking permits.
Preserved Lot 190 “cattle feeding parking lot” to remain “blue” coded through the entire next contract.
Leave bank allowances expanded to 280 hours from 240-hour limit.
Plus many non-economic improvements such as more inclusive language and a more collaborative new employee orientation process. See full CBA for details!
