TESC SSSSU Bargaining Update #2 - April 17, 2025

Your TESC SSSSU Bargaining Team met with management for the third time on April 15th. While we were able to close several Articles, some of the most important ones, like compensation, remain to be bargained.

Your Bargaining Team is working hard to make sure that your wages, benefits and working conditions are being enhanced instead of eroded, despite an incredibly challenging budget. Membership in your union is the first and most important step to supporting your bargaining team. It helps send a strong message to management about your interest in strengthening our CBA on issues like professional development, leadership transparency, and compensation. Our next meeting with management is April 22nd and compensation will be front and center. Look for a notification about an upcoming meeting to discuss more ways you can support your Bargaining Team.
