RTC Bargaining Update #1 - April 21, 2025

Your RTC bargaining team has now met with management two times to work on negotiating our upcoming 2025-2028 collective bargaining agreement! 

We heard your concerns and have presented new telework language that would improve on RTC’s existing telework policy. We have been focusing on non-economic issues up to this point and have received several housekeeping proposals from management. So far, discussions have been productive. We hope to start work on the non-economic proposals soon! Given the poor budget outlook, it is important that we stand together for a strong contract.
