WFSE Biennial Membership Survey Begins Oct 5

WFSE's 2025-27 Executive Board passed a resolution creating the first-ever biennial survey of the membership. 

The survey is intended to highlight union priorities, identify ways we can better support members, and ensure our resources align with what matters most to you.

The survey opens on Octover 5th and will remain open for six weeks, closing November 16th.

Dues-paying members in good standing will receive the survey electronically. 

$4k in Participation Prizes Available

Member participation is essential. To encourage members to complete the survey, $4,000 in prizes will be given away throughout the six weeks the survey is open. 

Winners will be notified every Monday beginning October 12th. 

WFSE is a member-led and member-run union. 

Our strength comes from members setting the direction of our work — from bargaining priorities to political action to workplace leadership — while staff support and strengthen those efforts.

This survey is one way members can collectively guide the future of our union. 

Results will be shared in summary form with leadership to guide future action.
