From Wenatchee, Okanagan, Tri-Cities and Moses Lake to Tacoma, Olympia, Seattle, and the entire Westside, we showed what happens when our union moves as one!

WFSE Volunteer Member Organizers (VMOs) knocked 1,658 doors and held roughly 140 worksite events across the state to talk to their coworkers about the power of our union why NOW is the time to stand together as one.

OSPI VMO

If ever there was a time to stand together, it's now.

We successfully protected our raises and prevented WA's politicians from jacking up our healthcare premiums by 33% this spring.

But we remain in the midst of a historic budget crisis.

Our elected officials may be back this fall or winter to try and balance the budget on our backs yet again. There's more budget uncertainty this time around thanks to pending federal cuts.

And when we enter contract negotiations less than a year from now, We'll need every voice with us to protect what we've won and to keep pushing the ball forward when we enter contract negotiations in less than a year.

Your job is important. Our communities are safer, healthier and stronger when public service workers are paid well, have good benefits, and a secure retirement. That's what our union is all about.
