Start Taking DSHS-HCA Jobs
Universal Language Services (ULS) is the coordinating entity for interpretation services paid by HCA-Medicaid, DSHS and DCYF which are under union contract. To register as an interpreter with ULS and access their online scheduling portal, send an email to [email protected]. ULS should get back to you through email with instructions about how to create an interpreter user profile on their online scheduling platform. ULS will ask you to submit the following documentation:
- Valid photo ID
- Direct Deposit Authorization
- Independent Contractor Agreement
- W9 form
- Master Business License (UBI)
- DSHS Code of Professional Conduct
- Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance
- Annual WATCH Background Check ($12 via website)
- MMR Immunization ( 2 doses or proof of immunity)
- Varicella Immunization (2 doses or proof of immunity)
- Tdap Immunization (every 10 years or proof of immunity)
- Hep B (3 doses or proof of immunity)
- Annual Tuberculosis Screening
- Season Flu Shot
