Special Committee: Workload

Join regular meetings of our workload subcommittee!

During the July 26, 2025 meeting of our WFSE DCYF Policy Committee, we discussed the ridiculous workloads we have, the stress, isolation, and shame of falling behind, and all the ways our management has often failed to support us with these workloads.  We passed a motion to create a Special Committee (subcommittee) on Workload, so that we can more intentionally work to address these and related issues.

At our first two meetings on September 2 and 10, we narrowed down the focus of our efforts; you can find the minutes here.

These meetings are open to all WFSE DCYF members.  If you would like to participate or observe, or you might have helpful skills to contribute, we encourage you to attend!  Not a member?  Join here!

Meetings are scheduled each month on:

Second Wednesdays, 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Fourth Saturdays, 9:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.
