Our Tacoma Community College (TCC) exempt staff tentative agreement for the 2017-2019 contract achieves pay increases for the entire unit.
- The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) ensures a 6% increase over the biennium (2% 7/1/2017, 2% 7/1/2018, & 2% 1/1/2019) – See Article 40

This is a summary that highlights and explains the most significant provisions of the Tentative Agreement reached between the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) exempt bargaining unit and Tacoma Community College (TCC) on October 2, 2017. It does not cover every article or every provision.
Major goals achieved in tough economic times include:
- 2% increase from 7/1/2017 (see Art. 40)
- 2% increase in 7/1/2018 (see Art. 40)
- 2% increase in 1/1/2019 (see Art. 40)
- All other provisions of the contract remain unchanged
