Your TESC Classified Bargaining Team is still working hard to improve your rights and conditions at work, fighting to improve the environment you work in each day, and pushing to expand our strength as members of our union. We are taking steps to address the issues that affect you at the College, and next month we will be putting forward our economic proposal.
While we have made some good progress, our hardest fight is yet to come.
We have heard loud and clear that economic respect and a living wage is a big priority for you. We are facing obstacles with the revenue forecast, and we need all of you to take part in supporting your bargaining team! In the near future, there will be calls to action for you to participate in, so stay tuned! Let’s make sure they hear, loud and clear, that we are a priority!
