Your ALJ bargaining team has now met with OAH management three times to work on negotiating your upcoming 2025-27 contract.
In those meetings we have presented new language in many articles that would improve working conditions for ALJs. We have been focusing on non-economic issues up to this point and will be presenting our economic proposals in August. So far, OAH has agreed to very little of what has been proposed. We hope to start getting some movement on the non-economic proposals in our upcoming bargaining dates.
If you have not done so, please complete the ALJ bargaining survey to provide information for the bargaining team to use for negotiations.
Also, please keep an eye out for emails from our union in the event that we run into issues in bargaining and need action from members to support the bargaining team.
