The TESC S4U bargaining team met April 14 and 15 to present our intial proposals and compensation article placeholder to managment.
Management responded quickly. There were a number of articles the either did not propose change to or proposed minor changes. Thirty-six articles were agreed upon (reached tentative agreement). The remaining articles deal with economic issues or leave issues. The team plans to move on economics and present the compensation article in full at our next scheduled session on April 19. Bargaining will resume on April 25 and 26.
